AISI 304 Stainless Steel Buttwelded Stub Ends Lap Joints Fitting is a pipe fitting that makes disassembly and alignment of piping systems possible and easy. It consists of two components: An end with stub and a lap joint flange. The stub end is a piece of a short length of pipe having one flared end and another plain end which has a capability of being welded with another pipe of the same caliber, material and wall thickness. The flange in lap joint is a flat disc that slides over the stub and lies on the flared end. The flange can rotate itself to the mating flange and then can be bolted to create a tight seal.
We design and test our products to the standards of ASME B16.9, MSS SP-43, and ANSI B16.28. We also provide made-to-order stub ends and lap joint flanges depending on our customer’s preferences. We serve various industries including the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, power, water and construction sectors. In order to secure our customers’ loyalty, we promise to offer them reliable, competitive and timely piping solutions.
Rexon Pipe Fittings is well known as a manufacturer and supplier of AISI 304 Stainless Steel Buttwelded Stub Ends Lap Joints Fitting in a variety of sizes, grades, and standards. We work with high-grade stainless steel, grade 304 that has superior corrosion resistance, toughness, and weldability.
This fitting is also known as Stainless Steel Buttwelded Long Pattern Stub End, with a long throat and a flared end welded on the pipe with the same specifications.
This pipe fitting is called a Short Pattern Stub End Stainless Steel Buttwelded, which has a short neck and a flared end that meets a pipe of the same size and material through welding.
The lap joint flange is made to be a mirror image of the stub end. It is bored to match the pipe’s outside diameter. The face of a lap joint flange matches that of the stub-end, which is having the same specifications as butt-welded pipe, being equal to AISI.

The lap joint flange is crafted to be a mirror image of the stub end. It is bored to match the pipe’s outside diameter. The face of a lap joint flange matches that of the stub-end, which is having the same specifications as butt-welded pipe, being equal to AISI 304.
Corrosion resistance is another feature of SS buttweld reduce pipe fittings. These are stainless steel types of materials which enhance the quality of chromium content features, and they are resistant to reducing acids and pitting attacks such as chloride solutions.
